SERVICES AND TREATMENT

The Grove offers specialized addiction treatment services for pregnant women and their babies in a transitional living residential setting. Women struggling with substance use disorders can enter care during pregnancy and continue treatment postpartum with their infant. Our services include:

Specialized Treatment for Substance Use

The Grove’s expert team provides science-backed medications and personalized plans to ease cravings, support recovery, and promote lasting wellness. Our ASAM 3.1 level of care program emphasizes long-term sober living plans, with a focus on housing, employment, and essential life skills. Research, including studies published in the Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment and outcomes tracked by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), shows that this form of treatment improves

recovery outcomes, reduces relapse rates, and  supports long-term stability—especially when paired with individualized care and community based support like what we provide at The Grove. Residents receive robust clinical and case management interventions in a structured, person centered therapeutic environment. All of these services are provided by Anderson Treatment Center.

Comprehensive, Compassionate Medical Care

Deeply caring medical attention from highly trained local OBGYN professionals can be accessed by The Grove residents to ensure health and healing throughout each woman’s journey. This care is explicitly designed for pregnant women going through substance use recovery and it follows them beyond pregnancy as well.

Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Support

Residents can choose to receive life-changing psychiatric and emotional support provided by local mental health professionals who have been trained for the specific path they are on. This kind of specialized care helps them to manage stress and thrive during recovery and parenting. A variety of services are available, such as medication management, individual counseling, and group therapy. The focus is on identification of triggers, creation of healthy routines, changing maladaptive thought patterns, as well as addressing chemical dependency and imbalances in the brain.

The Grove's specialized recovery services include parenting classes, which empower mothers to build confidence in themselves and lasting bonds with their children. With nurturing support from professionals and peers who understand their journey, women gain practical parenting tools, emotional healing, and renewed self-assurance. The program also offers job guidance and essential life skills, helping each mother lay the foundation for long-term stability and success—for herself and her family.

Peer Support: Walking the Same Path

It is true that shared experience can be the most transformational kind of support. At The Grove, you'll be on the same path with other women, leaning on each other and forming connections that can be profound and life-changing. You are not alone at The Grove.
