Our 24/7 residential program is designed especially for pregnant and parenting women facing substance use disorders. With expert addiction specialists and access to OBGYN medical professionals, we provide the care and guidance you need to reclaim your health and get you on the path to healing. And you'll never feel alone, because you'll be surrounded by others going through the same journey. You'll find comfort in the warm, sharing community at The Grove from the very first day you are here.

A Beautiful House, A Welcoming Home

The Grove on Patterson is a beautiful, 100 year old home located in Roanoke’s Mountain View neighborhood. This stately home sits on a hilltop surrounded by trees and features lots of natural light, a large accessible parking lot, and a bus stop directly across the street. The interior also features large public rooms for group therapy and baby napping, an ADA accessible bedroom and bathroom, 4 full baths, 7 bedrooms (each decorated by local artists and designers), a large front porch, and two offices for our 24/7 administrative staff.
